The Honda CRF250L and L Rally is new for the big red wing in 2017. Now Honda has two versions of their popular dual sport - the L and L Rally. Both pack a nice punch with dual overhead cams on a fuel injected 249cc power plant, and the styling is 100% on the mark.

Now Yoshimura introduces the RS-4 Race Series full system for the new dual sport machine. By giving the new CRF250L more power and torque, the RS-4 provides more punch at bottom end with out sacrificing the mid and top power. The new system also removes a good amount of weight from the stock unit. Those that love the Yoshimura RS-4 sound will love the way it makes the new CRF250L Rally sing!

Proudly made in the USA!

  • Pentagonal-shaped sleeve
  • Front muffler cap functions as a polyresonant chamber which helps reduce noise
  • Two-stage stepped baffle
  • Turn-out carbon fiber end-cap
  • Stainless steel header and tail-pipe
  • RS-4 stainless full system weight 9.3lbs vs Stock full system weight 13.2lbs.

Note: Installation of a new exhaust system may change your motorcycles fuel-air mixture requirements. Please consult the manufacturer directly with questions regarding any modifications that may need to be made during, or after installing their product. If a jet kit or EFI controller is recommended please see the Intake/Fuel section for products available

Note: Exhaust discoloration (bluing) is caused by engine conditions such as cam timing, fuel-air mixture, operating temperature, etc. It is not the result of defective manufacturing; therefore it is not covered by any warranty. See the Chems/Lubes section for products to help remove or prevent exhaust discoloration
